From Engineering Excellence to Top Recognition — Lexunit Named #1 IT Services Company in Hungary

In June 2025, Lexunit reached a new milestone: we were ranked the #1 IT Services Company in Hungary by The Manifest. Based entirely on verified client feedback, this recognition isn’t just about numbers or badges — it’s about trust, consistency, and a different way of doing business.
For years, we’ve focused on building meaningful relationships with our clients, taking on challenges with high engineering value, and staying agile without compromising our standards. That mindset — rather than any external validation — has been the driving force behind our growth.
To celebrate this moment, we sat down with one of our CEOs, István for an honest conversation about Lexunit’s story: what guided us through the early days, what continues to shape our thinking, and where we’re headed next.
1. What do you think is the secret to your success?
István: True partnership with our clients — we genuinely listen to their needs and support them when it matters most. Our team is close-knit, made up of highly skilled professionals.
2. Was there a moment when you realized you were on the right path?
István: Personally, I’m never 100% certain we’re on the “perfect” path — but perseverance helps us get through the tough moments.
3. What’s one of the most important decisions you’ve made in the company’s journey?
István: It’s hard to point to just one. I don’t think it works that way. Decision-making is a constant process — around small and big questions alike.
4. How have you managed to maintain your clients’ trust over the years?
István: You have to pay attention to them. Understand what drives them. Keep your promises. Deliver high-quality work.
5. What are you most proud of in your company’s history?
István: Given our size, our presence in the U.S. is significant. Also, our core team has stayed united — many of us have been working together for a long time.
6. What do you see as your biggest strength — something your competitors can’t replicate?
István: We’ve done a solid job understanding and assimilating U.S. culture into how we work.
7. What motivates you every day to keep improving?
István: The drive to build a constantly growing, sustainable company.
8. How has your company culture impacted your growth?
István: There are several aspects of our culture that evolved organically over time, shaped by the team — and of course, these come with both positive and negative effects.
9. How have you managed to stay flexible as you’ve grown?
István: The bigger a company gets, the harder it becomes to stay agile. But in my view, strong internal organization really helps with that.
10. What are your future goals?
István: Further strengthening our U.S. presence, expanding toward Western Europe, and continuing to nurture our existing relationships — all while staying on a stable and sustainable growth path.
