What You'll Do
- Shape Strategy: Working closely with the management, create and implement our business development plan that supports the company’s financial goals and customer-focused initiatives.
- Explore Opportunities: Conduct market research, competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging markets, and potential areas for expansion.
- Find New Clients: Proactively identify and engage potential clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with them and help them see the value we bring.
- Grow Partnerships: Initiate and cultivate long-term partnerships and find ways to upsell and cross-sell to current clients.
- Drive Sales: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, incl. generating tailored proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Boost Brand Awareness: Implement targeted actions to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Represent us at events, spread the word, and make sure everyone knows who we are!
- Track Performance: Keep an eye on the numbers, monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Provide reports on a quarterly and annual basis to support the management decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Min. 2-3 years in business development, B2B sales, or something close - ideally in IT or service-based industry.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (you’ll be chatting in both!).
- Exceptional ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, foster relationships, and resolve issues creatively.
- A self-driven, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude, and a proven ability to take initiative and achieve results.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translating them into easy-to-understand solutions.
- Capable of analyzing data to extract insights, formulate strategies, and make informed decisions.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in project management or service delivery.
